Adding players

It seems that it has become a problem with people just bidding on player to run the price up. I am throwing out the idea that you must post who you are dropping and how much salary you have left after the bid. If you win the bid you MUST drop that player and add the player. This should stop a lot of the fake bidding going on.

Maybe a penalty if someone wins a bid and never adds
that player to his team.
