I have to agree with dizzy...what's the issue here? Idc either way, I guess, but if I'm supposed to vote, I'd like to know what I'm voting for/against.

With the confusion of new management and new commishes there were some hiccups along the way so I am trying to be as democratic and fair as possible. I want to ensure that this league has all the standards that it has had in the past.
For the confusion we are allowing this to go to vote whether or not Score can retain him as a prospect.
