He has to be promoted the season following losing his prospect status. He lost it last year so this year he must be promoted. I don't think he loses Bo since the season hasn't even begun.

Also if he did lose him, it'd be an open bid for Bichette I think, not just a free grab.

They must be promoted (either to Active or PL) from the minor leagues **the season after** they pass the 130 AB or 50 IP minimums.
