- If a player is on a multiple year contract and opts out we will be starting OPT out spots on your roster. You can place a player on the opt out roster freeing up a space on your roster to add a player. You will still be responsible for this players contract but you can move that player to free up a roster spot.

Ok thanks. So I want to drop him. I am on the hook for the $2. Do I have to pay the $1 INS still?
