Did we change hours on free agency from 24 to 12 ?

Amended rule change for 2020 says adding players is 12 hrs instead of 24 because of COVID...

My question is: if it is 12 (or 24), how long does high bidder have after 12 (or 24) hours to roster that player?

so if a player is won and not picked up n 12 hours does the player go ack to free agency or does the next highest bidder win and get 12 hours to pick up?

I think so. I thought there was room on my roster for jesse winker but when intried to pick him up i couldnt. Sorry g or my mistake.
