After looking at the rules and verifying with Visor, I realized NG players could be kept with a KE, which I will use on Teocsar Hernandez.

That’s correct, you can use KE on ng players, there are two 2 year and 1 4 year KE, remember the only way to get rid of a player with a 4 year KE is through trade. They MUST stay on your roster so choose wisely...
