These are the players that are eligible for the dispersal draft. The way this works is NEW owners will draft these players with their current salaries.
Those players that go undrafted will go back into the FA draft. The minor league contracts draft WILL get draft compensation at the end of their contracts.
This draft is to give the NEW managers a starting place for their teams, this draft is 10 rounds. I am placing a 12 hour time increment on drafting players before that managers pick is passed. If a manager misses his/her pick they will be allowed to make a pick as long as it it in the same round. Once the round has concluded any missed picks will not be able to make a pick in that round. The draft order will be randomized.
The draft will officially start tomorrow morning 1/11/2017 at 7:00 am. If you wish to start earlier you may but the timer will not start until tomorrow.
