This is the thread from old site that discussed International signings, remember back then the prospect draft was at the very end of off season. Being that this is the first year of prospect draft before FA auction I will say that this year there will be no international signings for prospect draft, I do want to put up a poll for next season but there you will have to prove that they are going to be on a minor league roster to begin the season.

As for now NO INTERNATIONAL SIGNINGS will be allowed in the prospect draft but it is subject to change for next season.

This is from 2019, there is no mention of undrafted free agents so Squirrels Rocker pick is valid. Suzuki will be off limits until the FA draft. I will revisit this in this upcoming offseason and put up for a vote.
