1. To eliminate just bidding on a player and never adding that player to drive up the price or block a team from adding a player you must:
- state the player you are dropping or how many open spots you have on your roster
- you will have 12 hours to add that player to your roster or the winning bid will go to the previous highest bid.
- you must also state how much budget you have remaining
2. You will be able to add players same day of winning bid to your team in yahoo.
3. options for prospects that are still within prospect eligibility is still up for vote but will pass if no one else votes on the poll. (poll locks Saturday July 31).
