It says he was in the minor leagues. Didn't he pitch enough innings last season? Did he get called up

Did he get called up Owners are given the option to call up a prospect after minimum IP/AB threshold has been passed if it occurs during a season. After the season is complete any player that has passed the IP/AB threshold must be called up and a MLC applied, starting at $2 1/5 and going up $2 per year thereafter |
