Here are some key dates for 2023 off season
Jan 29: Any KE must be used by midnight CST
Jan 30: Arbitration auction begins
Feb. 6: RTM auction Begins.
Feb. 13: Any prospects over threshold (130 AB or 50 IP in the major leagues) must be promoted or entered into FA. Also, if you are cashing in prospects for a supplemental pick you must do so by this date as well.
Feb 20: Prospect draft begins.
March 6: Free agent auction begins
