If an owner misses his 12 hour window to pick, the guy with the next pick can go ahead and make his pick. Now, does the NEXT owner and so on have to wait any amount of time or is it a landrush?

No, if the skipped team makes their pick before the end of that round, they can post anytime as well. If the round end though and they don’t make their pick, their pick is forfeited

Woods is great. Only thing that gave me pause is his numbers went down tremendously after the trade.

When the draft is over and we go to free agency. Will I simply choose which player I want to bid on and come over here to this site, create a thread with that player?

That is the process during the regular season. But in the Free Agent auction you will request players to be bid on by messaging the commish directly. |

Since we're just waiting around...
So far my favourite picks of the draft are Druw Jones at 1.07 and my pick at 2.01, 16th overall of Miguel Vargas. Not that they're the best players but I think the values are phenomenal. Manzardo was nice and I think Merrill was a very good pick too.
