Does anybody know how many games a player has to play at a certain position, to qualify for that position the following season?
Example: Royce Lewis qualified to play SS and 3rd this season but only played SS once. Should I expect to see he can only play at 3rd next year?

Hmmm, great question. I believe he will get 3B only if he didn't play the position minimum. It's always kind of a crap shoot with Yahoo! though.

What I get from that is there is no set rule. Whoever at Yahoo decides from year to year if a player’s position has changed.
