"-Minor League Draft-
The final phase of the offseason is the minor league draft, which will consist of three rounds. Each team will be granted one pick per round, and this may be altered by special order of the Commissioner.
First overall pick will be the last place team and decend from there, the last pick of each round of the draft will be granted to the winner of the league's Championship.
Teams can cash-in 3 prospects for a Supplemental Third Round pick (first available), and 5 prospects for a Supplemental Second Round pick (first available). Cashing-in prospects are prohibited during a Minor League Draft."
