Teams can cash-in 3 prospects for a Supplemental Third Round pick (first available), and 5 prospects for a Supplemental Second Round pick (first available). Cashing-in prospects are prohibited during a Minor League Draft.
you would get one 2nd round pick

I understand that part, what’s not clear is can I drop 6 for 2 3rd round pick as I posted at the start. I should have been more clear earlier.
